I am getting my sugar boards ready for this winter. I hope this will give me a bit of extra security if we have another winter like the last one. You can go to my resource page and go to sugar board for a video with details.
Basic Formula:
1 1/2 oz water for each pound of sugar.
I like to add a splash of honey in the water for aroma and a splash of apple cider vinegar to help prevent mold.
Hand mixing and no heating make it easy.
I will also be experimenting with some insulating ideas. I'm not sure how it will go yet but I will post when I decide.
