Joel, is this a shrub? Ground plant? Hard to tell size from the picture. Do you know whether it's a native or ornamental species?

I second what Laurie has to say, I have been on vacation but I would guess it to be a wild black cherry tree or one of the wild cherries maybe even bird cherry.

Lucas is right, Nice job, I can't believe I missed this, I have it growing on my property, The blooms on mine are gone and the fruit is now growing. I have not seen my bees touch it, It is considered an invasive species in the U.S. and Canada. the fruit is edible. Here is the wiki on it.
